- Download and Install FTP Client Software: If you don't have FTP client software already installed on your computer, you can download the free FileZilla FTP Client. There are also other freeware and shareware FTP clients available on Download.com.
- Connect to the FTP Server: Once installed, start FileZilla and in the "Address" field (Windows) or "Host" field (Mac) enter: stephenmarshmastering.com. Also enter the username and password we supplied you with. Click the "Quick Connect" button. (In the future, you can just click on the down-arrow button next to the "Quick Connect" button to load these settings again.)
- Select the Destination Folder: The software should show two directory frames. The frame on the left shows the files on your computer. The frame on the right shows the files on the FTP server (this one will be empty if no files have been uploaded yet). In the right frame (if you are uploading) or left frame (if you are downloading), double-click on the folder you would like your file(s) to be transfered to. If you are uploading, we recommend you create a new folder with the album name to upload your files to. To do so, right-click (Windows) or CTRL-click (Mac) anywhere in the right frame and select "Create Directory".
- Transfer the Files: Now select the file(s) you would like to transfer and drag-and-drop them into the destination folder in the opposite frame. The software will show the status of the transfer in the lower frame below the directories.
- Close the Connection: After the files have transferred successfully, you can close the connection to the FTP server by either exiting the software or using the "Disconnect" button (a computer with a red "X").
